Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns requested after 15 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned outside the 15-day return window
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HomeFitly is not responsible for lost return shipments
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homefitly.com, including clear photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will offer:
• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A full refund (no return shipping required)
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return items under the same 30-day policy.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• Original customs or import fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.
